Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the ThisHome website and iOS app. By using ThisHome you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use ThisHome
You must be at least 18 years old. You may browse as a guest or create an account; keep your account credentials secure and the information you provide accurate. If you create or sign in to an account on a device you used as a guest, the guest activity from that device becomes part of your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal, non-commercial use
ThisHome is provided for your personal, non-commercial use in identifying real estate you may be interested in purchasing. You agree not to scrape, harvest, copy, redistribute, or resell listing data or any other content from the service, and not to access the service by automated means except through interfaces we provide.
Listing information
Listing data is sourced from public listing feeds and third-party providers. It can change or contain errors, and homes can go under contract or off market at any time. All information provided should be independently verified. Nothing in ThisHome is an offer to sell real estate, and displaying a listing does not mean it is available.
Using ThisHome does not create an agency or brokerage relationship. If you choose to work with a real estate agent through ThisHome, your relationship with that agent is governed by the agreement you make with them.
Personalization and AI features
ThisHome ranks and describes homes for you using automated systems trained on your activity and stated preferences. Their output is informational, can be imperfect, and is not professional, legal, or financial advice — verify anything material before acting on it.
ThisHome supports the federal Fair Housing Act and the Texas Fair Housing Act. We do not accept, and our systems are designed to decline, preferences based on race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), familial status, national origin, or disability. Subscriptions
Paid features, when offered, are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time and paid features remain available through the end of the period already paid. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not by itself generate a refund.
Your content
Notes, preferences, and descriptions you submit remain yours. You grant ThisHome the license needed to store and process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.
Termination and deletion
You can stop using ThisHome and delete your account at any time; deletion is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the service or its users.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ThisHome is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThisHome and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on listing data or AI-generated content, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the product. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
